Introducing iOS 18.2
Apple has made iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2 available, bringing new Apple Intelligence capabilities, such as Image Playground, Genmoji, and ChatGPT integration.
Image Playground
This feature enables users to create images from prompts or choose from Apple’s suggestions, favoring cartoonish visuals to prevent misuse. It can be used standalone or within apps like Messages and Keynote.
Genmoji and ChatGPT
Genmoji lets users craft custom emoji-style stickers for group chats. ChatGPT, accessible via Siri, offers AI text composition and text-to-image generation, integrating seamlessly into Apple’s Writing Tools.
Additional Features
iOS 18.2 also includes Visual Intelligence, AirTag location sharing, daily sudoku in Apple News Plus, and more localized language support set to expand through 2025.
