Additionally, international users can text ChatGPT via WhatsApp. This initiative signals OpenAI’s push towards more natural human-AI interactions.

While seasoned tech users may prefer the comprehensive features of the ChatGPT app, this phone service introduces the chatbot to new audiences. OpenAI has assured users that these phone interactions will remain private and not be used for training purposes.
