Microsoft Copilot Vision: Your Ultimate Holiday Shopping Companion Has Arrived
Microsoft’s Copilot Vision feature, now available for Copilot Pro subscribers, offers AI-powered assistance for real-time suggestions and insights while browsing.

Microsoft’s much-anticipated Vision feature for the Copilot AI assistant is now live, at least for those who subscribe to Copilot Pro. Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter). Copilot Vision integrates directly into the Microsoft Edge browser, allowing the AI to view your screen with your permission. This enables Copilot Vision to analyze the website you’re browsing and provide real-time suggestions, insights, or explanations, effectively acting as a second pair of eyes powered by AI.
Whether you’re planning a restaurant or movie theater outing, or tackling holiday shopping, Copilot Vision can assist by scanning web pages and highlighting relevant information such as ticket details, menus, or products that match your preferences or budget. The feature is currently rolling out to U.S. Copilot Pro subscribers on Windows, so if you’re among them, keep an eye out for it in Edge.
While Copilot Vision is not universally available, even for Pro subscribers, as it can only ‘see’ certain websites, its functionality is expected to expand rapidly with the help of third-party publishers. This AI-assisted browsing experience isn’t entirely new, as both Google Chrome and Opera have been exploring similar features. However, Microsoft’s approach feels more personalized, offering a smart assistant that understands your browsing context and aids you in real-time.
